Working with an art director, I adapted vector stock art to create the "road map" in the poster below. The client indicated to me where she wanted to add roads and how they should overlap. I was fortunate in that the original artwork (shown below the poster) was created in sections. However, making the yellow lines and dashed lane indicator to meet and match logically was a significant challenge that involved a lot of redrawing and masking of layers in Illustrator.
