I created all of the packaging for three lines of products: eze (handheld kitchen tools); innovative technologies (home electronics); and stixx (kitchen tools with suction attachments on the bottom). In all of these instances, I was given the generic template for one product to follow by the art director and then I was responsible for getting die lines from Asia, creating the layout for each of the different products to fit the various package sizes for that product, communicating with the printing firms in Asia (12-hour time difference) and transferring files to the printing house via FTP. In the case of Stixx, each product also had French translations (for sale in Canada) on two of the sides. In the case of eze, there was a lenticular element on each package to demonstrate how to use the product that had to be coordinated with the printing house.
